Our Refund Policy

At Siapay Fintech Pvt Ltd, we are committed to ensuring satisfaction with our PSP solutions and services. As our services are B2B and generally contractual, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Service-Based Model

Our services are typically rendered as per mutual agreements or contracts. Any fees paid are for services provided and are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in writing.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be issued only under the following conditions: Service was not delivered as promised due to our fault. A duplicate payment was made due to technical error. Cancellation of service before initiation

Process for Refunds

To request a refund, please email support@siapay.io with: Transaction ID, Date of payment, Reason for refund. Once verified, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

No Refund Cases

Refunds will not be entertained in the following cases: Change of mind or voluntary discontinuation by the client. Breach of terms or misuse of service.
